Terms of Service
These Terms govern the design, build, and hosting services ("Services") provided by Project Soul ("we", "us") to the client ("you"). By engaging us, you accept these Terms.
1. Scope
Services include website design, development, and ongoing hosting / maintenance as scoped in your selected package or custom quote.
2. Build fee β non-refundable
The build fee is due as agreed (upfront or by milestone). Once the build fee is paid and work has begun, it is strictly non-refundable, regardless of project outcome, change of direction, or cancellation by either party. This covers the discovery, design, and engineering time committed to your project.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, brand assets, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing inputs may shift the timeline but do not affect amounts due.
4. Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Hosting & maintenance
Hosting is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected). It covers uptime, deployments, routine maintenance, and infrastructure costs.
6. Hosting cancellation
You may cancel hosting at any time. Upon cancellation, the site will be taken offline at the end of the active billing period and the project is effectively discontinued β domains, deployments, and supporting services managed by us are wound down. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period. Source code already delivered remains yours under section 4.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Project Soul operates. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Information you submit through our contact form (name, email, message) and basic analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type).
How we use it
To respond to your inquiries, fulfill our Services, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
We rely on trusted infrastructure providers for hosting and analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the site.
Retention
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
